Key Responsibilities
- Capturing Utility Payments onto the Truworths Property System (TPS) (monthly)
- Reconciling Landlord Statements to TPS (monthly)
- Handling Landlord queries – Telephonically and via e-mail (daily)
- Liaising with Landlord’s to obtain requisite supporting documentation (monthly)
- Ad hoc projects (as they present themselves)
Qualifications and Experience
- South African Citizen
- 2022, 2023 or 2024 Graduates with the relevant completed Degree
- No work experience needed
- Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong numeric skills
Competencies
- Ability to work under pressure
- Able to prioritise and multi-task
- Strong ability to pay attention to detail
- Able to work with tight deadlines
- Good communication skills
